St Patrick’s Day Mousse

2 cups heavy whipping cream

 8 tbsp confectioners Swerve 

2 drops natural green food coloring 

½ tsp vanilla extract whipped cream (optional)


In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with vanilla and carrot extract until business.

Add drops of green coloring and keep whisking till you have the desired tone of green.

Serve and add a dollop of whipping cream (optional).

Keep in the refrigerator until ingestion.
