Shopping at Target without a list can get you into trouble, luckily, I’ve put together this AIP Keto Target Shopping List. AIP Keto doesn’t have to be difficult, and I’m sharing my favorite Target finds to help keep it simple.

Vegetables

  • Arugula
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli and/or broccolini
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Butternut squash (frozen or fresh)
  • Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower (frozen or fresh)
  • Celery
  • Cremini mushrooms
  • Cucumber
  • Garlic
  • Ginger root
  • Green beans
  • Green onions
  • Kale and/or collards
  • Lettuce
  • Onions
  • Radishes
  • Shredded veggie blend

  • California Olive Ranch Olive oil 

Pantry Items

  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Canned pumpkin
  • Coconut aminos, coconut butter, coconut flour, coconut milk (full-fat, canned), coconut vinegar
  • Fish sauce (I recommend Red Boat brand, which does not contain any sugar)
  • Kelp noodles or Shirataki noodles
  • Matcha tea
  • Nori
  • Olives, black or green
  • Pastured collagen peptides (in the beauty section)
  • Pastured gelatin (in the beauty section)

Seasonings

  • Bay leaves
  • Dried herbs: dill weed, oregano, parsley, thyme
  • Fine Himalayan salt or fine sea salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Ground cinnamon (preferably Ceylon)
  • Ground ginger
